Refund policy

No refunds only store credit.

Items can be returned for a Store Credit less shipping charges and fees within 14 days of receipt of item. 

Our 14-day return policy, means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and return the item. 

Once your return is approved, you have up to 7 days to ship the item(s). Item(s) shipped and returned later than the 7 days will automatically be cancelled and voids the return/credit process.

To be eligible for a Store Credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for Duties and Import Taxes (International Orders)

Since duties and import taxes are collected upfront at checkout, these charges are generally non-refundable if you decide to return or refuse the order.

If the order is returned in acceptable condition, a store credit may be issued for the product price only. Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are not refundable, unless required by local regulations.

Customs Delays

Because duties are prepaid, customs delays are rare, but Tamayne’s Decor is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes in the destination country.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and sale items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Is your return beyond 14 days but within 30 days? No problem! With proof of purchase, we can still accommodate a store credit in the amount paid (less shipping charges and fees). Our store credit has a 2yr expiration so there’s plenty of time to choose something amazing. Please note, we are unable to accept the return of merchandise in unsellable condition. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Other restrictions may apply. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, your customer account will automatically receive a credit for you to utilize in making another purchase.
