Shipping policy

Goods are dropped off at shipping carrier within a maximum of 2 business days. All shipping queries are handled through the shipping provider but we will do follow ups on your behalf to ensure your package arrives.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Canada & International Orders)

Within Canada:

  • All applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated and collected at checkout.

  • No import duties apply to domestic shipments.

International Orders (including USA):

  • Duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are calculated and collected at checkout by Shopify.

  • This means you will not be charged any additional customs fees when your order arrives in your country.

  • Final landed costs are shown before completing your purchase so there are no surprise charges at delivery.

If a customer refuses delivery for any reason, shipping costs are non-refundable.
